MEET DEE

Dee Howard is passionate about helping others learn practical, embodied tools to avoid burnout while continuing to show up fully in their work and life.
With over 16 years of experience working one-on-one with clients and teaching groups, Dee brings a deeply grounded and intuitive approach to supporting the nervous system, conserving energy, and staying present without overwhelm. Her work focuses on helping people care for others in a way that feels sustainable, aligned, and supportive of their own wellbeing.
Originally from Melbourne, Dee moved to Phillip Island in 2016 in search of a slower, more intentional lifestyle for herself and her family. This shift allowed her to cultivate greater calm and presence, while also expanding her impact within her community.
Through teaching yoga and offering holistic remedial bodywork, Dee supports her clients to release stored tension, reconnect with their bodies, and find balance. Her approach is centred on creating lasting change through simple, practical tools that can be integrated into everyday life — both on and off the mat.
