We spend so much time trying to train the mind with more thoughts.More affirmations. More mindset work.
But the nervous system doesn’t respond to thinking.It responds to safety.
And safety is communicated through the breath.
When we slow the breath…Lengthen the exhale…And soften the body…
We’re training the nervous system to shift out of stressand into regulation.
The breath is the bridge between mind and body.
And it’s available to you anytime.
My 3–5 Reset Breathing technique first came to me during meditation, and it’s now something I regularly use in treatments to support my clients’ bodies in softening and resetting through the fascia.
